Education & Mentorship
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), Marsha began her career teaching at Woodbridge High School in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Her journey then took her to North Carolina State University, where she worked as a research project assistant. It was there that she met her beloved husband, John S. Baird.
